Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Healthy male and female aged 16-65 years; 2) According to the clinical diagnostic criteria of keratotic hand eczema: the skin lesions of both hands were infiltrated and hypertrophic, with obvious lichenization, hard touch and severe pruritus; 3) The course of skin lesions on both hands was longer than 3 months, and the effect of antihistamine treatment was not good; 4) Those who did not use glucocorticoids or antihistamines within 2 weeks and were able to use drugs according to the doctor's advice and had regular follow-up visits; 5) Blood and urine routine, liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram were in normal range.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) The patients with fluid exudation or bacterial, fungal and viral infection in the local lesions; 2) Pregnant and lactating women; 3) During the treatment, the patients who used other drugs that affect the efficacy of this study.
