Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pterygium fibrovascular tissue on the nasal side of the bulbar conjunctiva in the palpebral fissure area invaded the cornea with primary pterygium, 2. Progressive pterygium whose head end grows into the corneal limbus between 2-3mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. T(1) Pseudopterygium: Often caused by limbal trauma, ocular chemical injury or inflammation, the nearby bulbar conjunctiva adheres to the corneal degeneration, and clinically a cord or The triangular conjunctival folds are fixed at the corneal opacity and occur in any part of the corneal limbus, with no typical shape and location; 2. Recurrent pterygium; 3. Active ocular inflammation; 4. The patient refuses surgery, cannot be reviewed regularly or has poor compliance; 5. Patients with pterygium whose head end grows into the limbus 3mm.
