Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Health volunteers selected for the criteria: (1) Healthy people aged 18 to 75 years(including 18 and 75 years of age) who are willing to sign an informed consent; (2) No abnormalities were found in the brain MRI test; (3) The weight was stable and fluctuated within 2 kg within 3 months before the study began; (4) Hasn't suffered from severe diarrhea in the last 3 months (severe diarrhea: 3 or more water samples per day, lasting 3 days or more); (5) Not suffering from severe constipation in the last 3 months (severe constipation: 2 or less defecations per week, accompanied by defecation difficulties); (6) In the last 3 months, who has not taken drugs to lower blood sugar, blood lipids and blood pressure; (7) Hasn't taken antibiotics, probiotics, probiotics for 7 consecutive days in the last 3 months; (8) No hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes, cancer and other diseases; (9) No irritable bowel syndrome; (10) No infectious diseases such as tuberculosis and AIDS; (11) Non-pregnant and lactating women; (12) No alcoholism (alcoholism: drink more than 5 times a week, an average of 2 or more white wine or 5 bottles of beer or more); (13) Individuals who did not participate in other studies. 2. Glioma patients were selected to the standard: (1) Patients aged 18 to 75 years(including 18 and 75 years of age) who are willing to sign an informed consent form; (2) Diagnosed with glioma by pathological testing, without chemotherapy; (3) Hasn't suffered from severe diarrhea in the last 3 months (severe diarrhea: 3 or more water samples per day, lasting 3 days or more); (4) Hasn't suffered from severe constipation in the last 3 months (severe constipation: 2 or less defecations per week, accompanied by defecation difficulties); (5) In the last 3 months, who has not taken drugs to lower blood sugar, blood lipids and blood pressure; (6) Who has not not taken antibiotics, probiotics or probiotics in the last 3 months; (7) No hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes and other diseases; (8) No irritable bowel syndrome; (9) No infectious diseases such as tuberculosis and AIDS; (10) Non-pregnant and lactating women; (11) No alcoholism (alcoholism: drink more than 5 times a week, an average of 2 or more white wine or 5 bottles of beer or more); (12) Individuals who did not participate in other studies.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for healthy volunteers: (1) Concomitant intracranial conditions/diseases: suffering from epilepsy, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, traumatic brain injury; (2) Suffering from mental illnesses such as depression and autism. 2. Exclusion criteria for patients with glioma: patients with glioma who have relapsed or who have received radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
