10 Years to 16 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the diagnosis of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis; 2. Age >=10 years old; 3. Risser sign 0-II degree; 4. Cobb angle of the main curve of scoliosis 25 - 40 degree; 5. No previous targeted treatment; 6. Female patients within one year before or after menarche.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cannot tolerate the brace treatment; 2. Patients or parents refuse to participate in the study for any reason.
