Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 1 day tyo 18 years; 2. Genotype: new mutation of SCN8A; 3. Oral administration of more than 3 kinds of antiepileptic drugs regularly for more than 2 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Merge other gene mutations.
