Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 6 months to 18 years old; 2. Developmental retardation or regression; 3. Head MRI shows brain white matter lesions; 4. Genetic testing shows ABCD1 gene mutation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. White matter changes caused by hypoxia and infection; 2. Metachromatic leukodystrophy; 3. Pelizaeus-Merzbacherdisease.
