22 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 22-45 years old male with fertility requirement showed oligospermia and aspermia (WHO5 standard: sperm concentration <15*10^6/ml or/and the proportion of forward motile sperm <32%), voluntarily received 3 months of treatment and signed the informed consent; 2. testosterone level is lower than the normal reference value.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The causes of the decrease of the quality of the semen are known, including gonad dysplasia, testicular atrophy, retrograde ejaculation or not ejaculation, Y chromosome microdeletion, gonad hypofunction, cryptorchidism, chronic epididymitis, Vas deferens obstruction, varicocele above II degree obvious symptoms of urinary tract infections, etc; 2. patients are being treated for a drug or other, and have finished treatment for less than a month; 3. Patients suffering from severe mental and physical dysfunction and other reasons cannot cooperate to complete the whole study.
