Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Neonatal hyperbilirubinemia; 2. Diagnosed hepatolenticular degeneration,Gilbert syndrome,Crigler-Najjar syndrome,Dubin-Johnson syndrome and familial intrahepatic cholestasis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital biliary atresia; 2. Congenital bile duct cyst; 3. Neonatal sepsis; 4. Intravenous nutrition for more than 2 weeks; 5. Failure of various organs; 6. Shock; 7. Parents do not agree to improve family genetic testing or follow-up.
