Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Cardiac arrest patients admitted in the emergency rescue room, including patients admitted to the emergency room and patients who have suffered cardiac arrest after being admitted to the emergency room but have not yet been transferred to a specialized department; 2. The time from the patients who have suffered cardiac arrest to receiving CPR is no more than 10 minutes (if a cardiac arrest occurs before the rescue vehicle is sent to the hospital, whether the CPR time exceeds 10 minutes is obtained by the rescue vehicle medical staffs; 3. Aged>18 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Women during pregnancy; 2. Respiratory and cardiac arrest caused by trauma, suicide, drowning, and poisoning; 3. The family members of the patient refuse cardiopulmonary resuscitation (DNR); 4. Patients with malignant tumors and palliative care; 5. Other patients who are deemed unsuitable for resuscitation by the medical team participating in the study; 6. Personnel outside the participating research team will first perform the resuscitation; 7. After being resuscitated into the group, it was found that items 1-7 of the exclusion criteria were met.
