20 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 20 years old who need one lung ventilation for thoracic surgery; 2. ASA I-III; 3. The subjects voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Difficult communication and low educational level; 2. Operation time >= 6 hours; 3. History of gastroesophageal reflux; 4. Admission to ICU after operation; 5. Difficult airway assessed by anesthesiologists, including the following situations: (1)Limited mouth opening(<3cm); (2)Limited neck extension(<35°); (3)When the whole head extended, the pleural distance was less than 6 cm or 12.5 cm; (4)Loose front teeth.
