13 Years to 30 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 13 to 30 years; 2. Diagnosis of keloid by at least 3 physicians; 3. Skin Fitzpatrick type III/IV; 4. No glucocorticoid injection, other laser therapy and other invasive treatments have been given in the past 6 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffers from serious skin diseases, such as psoriasis and scleroderma; 2. Suffers from diabetes, systemic lupus erythematosus, systemic sclerosis and other endocrine diseases; 3. Systemic diseases with obvious clinical manifestations or instability are excluded on the basis of possible interference with the results of the study;These include malignancy, uncontrollable diabetes, uncontrollable hypertension, unstable pneumonia, renal or hepatic organic disease, unstable myocardial ischemic disease, dilated myocardial disease, abnormal myocardial conduction disease, or unstable cardiovascular disease.
