60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to blood glucose level, it is prediabetes; 2. Over 60 years old; 3. BMI 18.5-28kg/m2; 4. Self care (self action, eating and communication); 5. Normal cognitive ability (MMSE score below mild).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Related diseases affecting gastrointestinal absorption; 2. Abnormal renal function; 3. Abnormal liver function; 4. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases: in the acute stage of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, acute coronary syndrome (one month before the study); 5. Malignant tumor; 6. Participate in other clinical trials; 7. Recently taken (1 month before the study) or taking pure magnesium supplement.
