Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Maintenance hemodialysis patients; 2. The patient's vital signs were stable; 3. No communication or cognitive dysfunction; 4. No infection, bleeding and other complications; 5. Volunteer to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Dialysis duration < 6 months; 2. Patients with acute renal failure; 3. Combined with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 4. Severe mental disorders; 5. Glomerular filtration rate < 30ml/min; 6. Pregnant and lactating women.
