Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ovarian cyst: 1. unilateral ovarian cyst diameter is less than 10cm; 2. good mobility of ovarian cysts; 3. sexual life history uterine leiomyomas: 1. posterior wall fibroids; 2. good mobility of ovarian cysts; 3. sexual life history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ovarian cyst: 1. suspicious of malignancy; 2. adhesions of Douglas's pouch; 3. coleostenosis; 4. abnormal cardiovascular function. uterine leiomyomas: 1. suspicious of uterine sarcoma; 2. adhesions of Douglas's pouch; 3. coleostenosis; 4. abnormal cardiovascular function; 5. the volume of uterus is bigger than that of pregnant for 14 weeks; 6. the lesion >=10cm; 7. multiple abdominopelvic operations.
