Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma for the first time according to pathological criteria, with Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) score >=70 points; 2. Accept IMRT; 3 Normal oral mucosa; 4. No other anti-tumor treatment before radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 5. No serious disease of heart, lung, liver, kidney; 6. All patients voluntarily signed an informed consent form before this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with abnormal sleeping habits; 2. There is oral mucosal injury or oral mucosal disease that affects observation before radiotherapy; 3. With active infection; 4. With bleeding tendency or immune disease; 5. Lack of self-thinking and expression skills, unable to complete the oral scoring standards; 6. Severe bone marrow dysfunction.
