Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnosis of ischemic stroke; (2) The stage is the recovery period of ischemic stroke or the patients with sequelae; (3) Willing to choose a traditional Chinese medicine method: Chinese medicine group, acupuncture and medicine combination group or modern medical treatment method, and sign informed consent; (4) Able to cooperate with regular follow-up which includes telephone follow-up or patient to the hospital for follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suffering from severe mental illness, cognitive impairment, and no personal behavior ability, the researcher evaluates that it is not suitable to participate in this clinical research.
