Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. There are symptoms of job burnout, that is, MBI-GS, with a score of >= 1.50; the critical values of each dimension are: emotional exhaustion >= 27, depersonalization >= 8, personal accomplishment = 24; if there is no burnout in the three dimensions, it is zero burnout; if there is one dimension, it is mild burnout; if there are two dimensions, it is moderate burnout, There are three dimensions: burnout is high burnout; 2. Sign a labor contract with the hospital; 3. Have the professional qualification certificate of nurses of the people's Republic of China and are within the valid registration period; 4. Working years >= 3 years; 5. Understand the purpose of the research and voluntarily participate in it.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Study abroad, further education, medical leave, maternity leave and internship; 2. Recently participated in relevant research.
