Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clinically diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus; 2. The previous medical records included the complete fasting serum C-peptide and the 2-hour postprandial serum C-peptide values of the oral 75g glucose test; 3. Past medical records include complete DM history, hypertension history, smoking and alcohol status, BMI and other complete patients personal information; 4. The previous medical records contained the results of serum uric acid, serum creatinine, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C and other biochemical tests.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clinically diagnosed type 1 diabetes mellitus; 2. Previous diagnosis of tumor, blood disease, serious infectious diseases; 3. Pregnant women; 4. Previous diagnosis of acute or chronic pancreatitis, pancreatic cancer, or pancreatic surgery; 5. Diabetic ketoacidosis or diabetic hyperglycemic hyperosmolar syndrome; 6. The previous application of drugs affecting immune function, such as glucocorticoids, monoclonal antibodies, interferon, etc.
