Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of the experimental group: 1. In line with the diagnostic criteria of systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjogren's syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and other four immunological diseases; 2. Women of childbearing age (20-50 years old); 3. All patients were newly diagnosed with rheumatism and had not been treated with glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, biological agents or other anti-tumor drugs in the past. Inclusion criteria for control group: 1. Women of normal childbearing age (20-50 years old); 2. No metabolic diseases and definite autoimmune diseases; 3. No pelvic space occupying lesions or other malignant tumors.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria of the experimental group: 1. Patients with pelvic space-occupying lesions, polycystic ovary syndrome, hyperprolactinemia, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, Cushing's syndrome, and other diseases; 2. Patients who have received ovarian surgery and pelvic radiation therapy; 3. Patients who have been pregnant or given birth within the past 3 months. Exclusion criteria for control group: 1. Patients with pelvic space occupying lesions, polycystic ovary syndrome, hyperprolactinemia, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, Cushing's syndrome and other diseases; 2. Patients who have received ovarian surgery and pelvic radiation therapy; 3. Patients who have been pregnant or given birth within the past 3 months; 4. Those who have definite autoimmune disease or are positive for autoantibodies.
