Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent for surgery and anesthesia has been obtained from patients and their families; 2. Age: 18-60 years old; 3. BMI 18-30kg/m^2; 4. ASA classification I-II; 5. The disease types are endometrial polyps, cervical polyps, uterine fibroids, and endometrial lesions; 6. The preoperative airway evaluation was normal (Mallampati I-II grade, mouth opening > 3 cm, nail-mind distance > 6 cm, normal head and neck mobility, no cervical spondylosis and sleep apnea syndrome).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with obvious heart, lung, liver, kidney and nervous system diseases; 2. History of mental illness; 3. Long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs, alcohol dependence and drug addiction; 4. Preoperative systolic blood pressure >= 160mmHg, diastolic blood pressure >= 110mmHg, heart rate >= 110bpm; 5. Those who are allergic to experimental drugs; 6. Received general anesthesia surgery within 3 months.
