Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Single hepatocellular carcinoma, or <= 3, and anatomical regular resection is feasible; 2. Tumor diameter <=5cm, no tumor thrombus in blood vessels and bile ducts, no invasion of blood vessels and bile ducts, no intrahepatic and extrahepatic metastasis, and no tumor infiltration into surrounding tissues or organs; 3. The patient is generally in good condition, with no obvious organic lesions of the heart, lungs, kidneys and other important organs; the liver function is normal, or there is only mild damage (Child-Pugh A), or the liver function classification is B, and it will be restored to A after short-term liver protection treatment; 4. No intervention, radiofrequency, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, drug-targeted therapy, biological therapy, etc. were performed before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other diseases: such as primary hepatolithiasis, malignant tumors of other systems, intestinal obstruction, etc.; 2. Intraoperative exploration revealed tumor rupture and bleeding; 3. Radical liver cancer resection cannot be performed.
