Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Postoperative histopathological or biopsy diagnosis of glioblastoma and radiation therapy; 2. Routine MR follow-up showed that each patient had at least one new or progressive lesion suspected to be one of glioblastoma recurrence and radiation injury; 3. A definite diagnosis of radiation injury or glioblastoma recurrence.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications for PET/MR, including pregnancy, metal implants, claustrophobia, allergies, or impaired renal function; 2. Serious image artifacts that affect imaging analysis; 3. The final diagnosis is incomplete.
