Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Be able to provide written informed consent (signature); 2. Adults (aged >= 18 years); 3. Cough duration > 8 weeks; 4. No obvious abnormality on chest X-ray or CT.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Respiratory tract infection 8 weeks before the initial screening; 2. Smoking now, less than half a year after quitting smoking, and more than 20 pack years of smoking; 3. Be taking ACEI; 4. Cardiopulmonary function, liver and kidney function impairment, tumors, infectious diseases; 5. Pregnant or lactating women.
