Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnosis of hypertriglyceridemia acute pancreatitis: triglycerides> 11.3 mmol/L or triglycerides 5.65-11.3 mmol/L with serum chylo-like, and xenophobic biliary and alcoholic pancreatitis; 2. The recurrence group met the criteria for recurrence: the clinical symptoms and signs of acute pancreatitis patients disappeared completely after drug or surgical treatment, and the indicators were basically normal, and they were discharged from hospital, but the symptoms of acute pancreatitis appeared again 3 months after discharge and were diagnosed; 3. Aged >= 18 years; 4. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with chronic pancreatitis or pancreatic cancer; 2. Patients who died or gave up treatment during the first hospitalization; 3. Patients with missing general clinical data.
