Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: First-time pregnant women at 36 weeks of gestation without comorbidities and contraindications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal position of the placenta: placenta previa, low lying placenta; 2. Pregnancy complications: hypertension, heart disease; 3. Abnormal fetal position: breech, transverse; 4. Fetal abnormalities: macrosomia; 5. Maternal abnormalities: trauma to the pelvis, lower limbs, history of surgery, etc.; 6. Normal BMI before pregnancy, abnormal range of weight gain during pregnancy, abnormal vaginal secretion examination.
