Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the diagnosis of simple lower extremity varicose veins, the great saphenous vein of the affected limb protrudes from the skin surface, showing tortuous, dilated, mass or nodular; 2. Aged 18-72 years; 3. C2-C6 in CEAP classification; 4. No history of surgery or sclerotherapy; 5. Deep vein function is normal; 6. Have the ability to walk; 7. The patient fully understands the operation and signs the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Lower extremity deep venous reflux, lower extremity deep venous reflux disorder, and lower extremity arteriovenous fistula; 2. Gastrocnemius muscle dysfunction; 3. Diabetes, autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors, renal failure, abnormal liver function, cardiopulmonary diseases, etc.; 4. History of deep vein thrombosis; 5. Suffering from mental or neurological disease.
