Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Comply with the diagnostic criteria for aplastic anemia proposed in the ''Diagnosis and Efficacy Standards for Blood Diseases''; 2. Know their own disease diagnosis and disease development; 3. Aged >= 18 years; 4. Clear consciousness, basic reading and writing skills, and able to fill in questionnaires independently or with the help of investigators; 5. Voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney function changes; 2. Those with previous mental disorders.
