Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for normal persons: (1) Aged over 18 years, no subjective symptoms of eye discomfort, no signs of demodex blepharitis; (2) Voluntarily participate in the research of this topic, and all subjects signed the informed consent. 2. Inclusion criteria for patients with Demodex blepharitis: (1) Aged over 18 years, meeting the diagnostic criteria for Demodex blepharitis; (2) Voluntarily participate in the research of this topic, and all subjects signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have undergone eye surgery or have other eye diseases such as glaucoma, iritis, etc.; 2. Associated with ocular surface abnormalities such as eyelid insufficiency, active infectious keratitis, herpes simplex keratitis, trigeminal nerve disease and other diseases known to affect corneal nerves; 3. Those who cannot tolerate the sampling or inspection process.
