18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Standford type A aortic dissection diagnosed and treated by the Second Xiangya Hospital; 2. The control group selected healthy volunteers who matched the age and sex of the patient group; 3. Patients and their families signed the informed consent; 4. Aged between 18 and 75 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Autoimmune disease; 2. Tumor diseases; 3. Serious infection; 4. Pregnancy; 5. Re-operation.
