Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Term infants (> 37 weeks and < 42 weeks), singleton; 2. The birth weight is lower than -2SD (below the 10th percentile) of the average weight of children of the same age; 3. Enrolled height is lower than the -2SD or 3 percentile of children of the same age and gender; 4. The growth rate of height is lower than 0 or -1SD of children of the same age and gender; 5. Bone age is less than or equal to age; 6. Complete follow-up data at birth and 6, 12, 18, and 24 months after birth; 7. The family members gave informed consent to this study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe asphyxia during labor, severe respiratory distress syndrome, etc. requiring mechanical ventilation; 2. Genetic metabolic diseases; 3. Those with abnormal karyotype; 4. Congenital malformations such as congenital heart disease and congenital gastrointestinal malformations; 5. Severe cardiopulmonary abnormalities, blood system diseases, diabetes, hepatitis, liver and kidney insufficiency, infection, and low immune function; 6. Familial short stature; 7. Growth hormone deficiency; 8. Those with familial tumor tendency; 9. Those who are allergic to medicines.
