Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with heart failure in accordance with the ''Chinese Heart Failure Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines 2018'' according to the basic heart disease history, systemic circulation congestion, pulmonary circulation congestion symptoms, signs and related examinations; 2. According to the New York Heart Association (NYHA) cardiac function classification, patients with cardiac function III to IV have symptoms and signs of heart failure; 3. Structural heart disease (left ventricular hypertrophy, left atrial enlargement) and (or) diastolic dysfunction; 4. Elevated plasma ventricular natriuretic peptide (BNP) or NT-proBNP levels.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with congenital heart disease; 2. Patients with acute myocardial infarction; 3. Patients with severe arrhythmia; 4. Patients with aortic dissection and aortic aneurysm; 5. Patients with malignant tumor; 6. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 7. Severe lung disease; 8. Severe anemia; 9. Severe thyroid dysfunction; 10. Patients with irregular medication and poor compliance.
