Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Primary tongue carcinoma; 2.The defect needs to be repaired with a free flap after tongue cancer resection; 3.Volunteered to participate in this study and signed the patient informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Had previous malignant tumors of other sites or systemic severe disease; 2.There were impairments in articulation, chewing, and eating functions preoperatively; 3.Patients with distant metastasis of cancer; 4.Other complications; 5.With cognitive dysfunction, unable to correctly understand and answer the relevant contents of the scale by themselves or with the help of others.
