Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke in Chinese guidelines for the prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases; 2.Dysphagia was confirmed by clinical standard swallowing assessment (SSA) and esophagography; 3.The patient's condition is stable and conscious, and can cooperate with IOE operation independently and tolerate the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine; 4.Patients with complete clinical data who voluntarily participated in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with tumor of nasopharynx or esophagus and other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 2.Patients with low autoimmune function and impaired liver and kidney function; 3.Patients with mental illness; 4.Patients are intolerant of the treatment plan used in this study.
