Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged over 65 years; 2.No limitation of gender; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I–III; 4.Orthophrenia; 5.Informed and written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Known blood diseases; 2.Long-term use of sedative or psychotropic drugs; 3.History of allergy to anesthetics; 4.Have learning difficulties or intellectual disabilities.
