Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis: coma patients after brain injury; 2.Admission time from July 2015 to June 2020; 3.Aged 18 to 80 years; 4.3 points<=GCS<=14 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with unstable condition; 2.Speech: airway patients and mute patients; 3.Open eyes: patients with swelling around the eyes or fractures around the eyes.
