60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy; 2.Aged 60 to 90 years; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Anesthesia risk rating II~III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Neuromuscular disease; 2.History of lower limb surgery; 3.Limb hemiplegia; 4.Cognitive dysfunction; 5.Unable to cooperate with this research program; 6.Taking corticosteroids in the last 3 years; 7.Second surgery during hospitalization; 8.Serious cardiovascular disease; 9.History of abdominal surgery.
