Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ICU patients over 18 years old; 2.Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.DVT or pulmonary embolism had been diagnosed before admission to ICU; 2.The expected ICU stay was less than 48 hours.
