Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA II-III; 2.Aged 18 to 45 years; 3.BMI 18-35; 4.Gestational age greater than 37 weeks, healthy singleton parturients, undergo elective cesarean section with spinal anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Other known gastric emptying disorders or patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease are not excluded; 2.Intrauterine distress or pregnant women whose birth weight is less than 2500g; 3.Parturients with systemic diseases or chronic diseases; 4.The presence of respiratory comorbidities may affect the results of breathing and gas exchange; 5.The patient can only breathe through the mouth; 6.Parturients whose spinal anesthesia is contraindicated.
