Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 2 to 18 years; 2.The main diagnosis is spinal deformity; 3.Surgical treatment is needed after comprehensive evaluation; 4.The main surgical method was posterior spinal osteotomy and orthopedics combined with pedicle screw system fusion and fixation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The general condition of participants is too poor to receive surgery; 2.Abnormal intraspinal structure or myelopathy; 3.Simple spinal orthopedics without osteotomy; 4.Pedicle screws cannot be inserted due to malformation or anatomic variation; 5.Patients are contraindicated to the drugs such as ibuprofen, gastric mucosal protective drugs, and local anaesthetics; 6.Unfit to participate in the study due to other reasons (such as medical diseases, etc.) or the patient's parents refuse to be included in the study; 7.Complications and clotting related diseases; 8.There were obvious signs of nervous system injury before surgery.
