Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients at high risk of neurogenic upper urinary tract damage; 2.Aged >=18 years; 3.Patients or their caregivers who can use smartphones to surf the internet; 4.Participate in the study voluntarily and have informed consent; 5.Patients cannot perform regular follow-up visits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients have combined upper urinary tract damage; 2.Patients have incomplete follow-up data or examination results; 3.Patients have severe organ dysfunction; 4.Patients have mental illness or cognitive impairment; 5.Patients cannot complete the trial with serious illness.
