Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA): grade II-III; 2.There are indications for operation; 3.The liver and kidney function were normal; 4.The coagulation function was normal; 5.All patients' family members voluntarily signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Infectious diseases and hematological diseases; 2.Patients with elevated blood lactic acid or metabolic disorder; 3.Patients with active hemorrhage, severe intracranial hypertension, hypertension and acute myocardial infarction; 4.Patients with history of surgical contraindications; 5.History of contraindication to narcotic drugs; 6.Patients with severe infection and dysfunction of important organs (brain, lung, etc.); 7.Unable to cooperate with the investigators due to mental disorder or mental illness.
