Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged > 18 years; 2.Pregnant women selected for delivery at 24-26 weeks; 3.Singleton pregnancy confirmed by ultrasound; 4.Access to the internet by smartphone; 5.Voluntary participation in the study and informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with mental illness or cognitive impairment; 2.Those with serious medical or surgical illnesses that prevent them from completing the test and are not suitable for pelvic floor exercises during pregnancy; 3.Those with obvious high-risk factors that are not suitable for pelvic floor exercises during pregnancy (e.g. combined heart disease in pregnancy, hypertensive disorders in pregnancy, preterm labour, placenta praevia, pre-eclampsia, habitual abortion, etc.) on antenatal examination; 4.Those with pre-pregnancy incontinence, pelvic surgery, pelvic organ prolapse, history of anterior and posterior vaginal wall prolapse.
