Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women aged 18 to 45 years; 2.In Lintong Maternal and Child Health Hospital for pregnant examination and delivery of healthy, single, live newborn; 3.Agree and sign the informed consent; 4.Permanent resident in Lintong and no relocation plan for children under 2 years old; 5.Be willing and skilled in using smart phone APP.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those who had hypertension or diabetes before pregnancy and had kidney disease, cognitive dysfunction, severe psychosocial disorders or other serious diseases at the time of inclusion (hypertension or diabetes found after pregnancy could be included) or could not meet the inclusion criteria.
