Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Gender is not limited, age is more than 18 years old; 2.The injury situation was clear; 3.Fractures include at least one of the following two: lower limb fractures and pelvic fractures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with malignant tumor; 2.Severe liver, kidney and lung dysfunction; 3.Fever and serious infectious diseases; 4.Patients with hematological diseases; 5.Patients with severe coronary heart disease and heart failure; 6.Pregnant and lactating women; 7.Previous history of thrombosis or DVT confirmed by ultrasound.
