Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Suspected heat stress nephropathy group: 1. Aged 18 to 60 years; 2. Living in tropical regions, time longer than 1 year, engaged in physical work in a high temperature and high humidity environment; 3. With the manifestation of renal damage more than 3 months, including but not limited to: eGFR larger than 60 ml/min/1.73m2, 24h urine protein level between 300mg to 3g, routine urinary protein characterization of 30-300mg/dL ang renal pathology/routine urine results suggest renal interstitial tubular injury (renal tubular acidosis, renal potassium loss, renal glycourine, etc.). Normal controlled group: Subjects with similar living environment, gender and age characteristics as the heat stress group, without abnormal renal function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With clear diagnosis of basic renal diseases, such as polycystic kidney, congenital malformation, hydronephrosis, clearly diagnosed glomerular diseases (such as FSGS, membranous nephropathy, etc.); 2. Systemic diseases: autoimmune diseases, blood system diseases, vasculitis, blood and tumor system diseases, etc.; 3. With clear diagnosis of metabolic diseases leading to kidney damage, such as diabetes, hypertension and other kidney damage (with renal pathological results).
