Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing lateral minithoracotomy for heart surgery were selected; 2. Aged 18 years to 80 years; 3. A signed informed consent was obtained.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to ropivacaine; 2. Infection at the puncture point; 3. With peripheral nervous system diseases; 4. Consciousness disorder; 5. Change the surgical method intraoperatively.
