Experimental group:Peer-led remote facilitation intervention based on a theoretical model of social participation reconstruction
Control group:Two telephone follow-ups provided by nurses at 3 months and 6 months after discharge

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The first diagnosis was spinal cord injury (complete or incomplete),according to the International Standards for the Neurological Classification of Spinal Cord Injury (revised 2019) and spinal cord CT and/or MRI; 2. New patients with spinal cord injury; 3. Aged over 18 years old; 4. Be conscious and able to carry out daily verbal communication; 5. Having a mobile terminal and Internet access at home; 6. Familiar with the use of mobile terminals.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Spinal cord injury caused by degenerative, hereditary and congenital diseases; 2. Complicated with serious diseases of heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney; 3. Currently participating in other rehabilitation/care programs for patients with spinal cord injury at home.
