Group A:Tibial osteotomy

Group B:Tibial osteotomy combined with arthroscopic surgery

Age

45 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 45 to 70 years; 2. Medial compartment knee osteoarthritis and vagus malalignment; 3. Ineffective conservative treatment of 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Symptomatic osteoarthritis of the lateral compartment; 2. Flexion contracture of > 10 degree; 3. Knee motion of 30; 5. Instability of the knee; 6. Smoking; 7. Rheumatoid arthritis; 8. Varus deformity of disatl femoral shaft; 9. History of trauma and knee surgery; 10. Refusal to sign informed consent.
