18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of normal volunteers: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Physical health no swelling of lower limbs, no previous history of erysipelas; 3. No history of abdominal, pelvic and lower limb trauma or surgery; 4. No history of varicose veins and thrombosis in lower limbs. Inclusion criteria for secondary lymphedema of lower extremity: Confirmed by clinical and isotopic lymphedema imaging.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for normal volunteers: 1. Patients with a history of mental illness, drug addiction or other diseases should not sign informed consent or cooperate with the study; 2. Acute or chronic organic diseases cause patients to be unable to complete the required examination items in the study; 3. Pregnancy and lactation. Exclusion criteria for secondary lymphedema of lower limbs: 1. Edema due to lower limb vascular disease; 2. Patients with heart and renal dysfunction or hypoproteinemia; 3. Tumor recurrence or metastasis.
