Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Receiving IUI first time; 2.With forward motile sperm more than 10*10^6; 3.Able to complete the questionnaire and investigation; 4.Aged 20 to 40 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is an organic abnormality of the uterus; 2. Severe endocrine disorders (severe polycystic ovary syndrome, insulin resistance, uncontrolled thyroid disease, diabetes, hypertension, etc.); 3. Artificial insemination with donors semen.
